Fresh from i-Scam, this is their critique....I think I am actually dumber having read it:

is not correct? Or if, say, the SEC shut down SKTO for their "misleading financial statements ?" I mean based on what this person "said," essentially the SEC could halt the stock tomorrow...and this "person," who "said" these things, could say "I never said that." Who can prove otherwise?
