BRND only has 250 million A/S (while most penny stocks at this level hold an A/S of 1 billion+), and since they are a top tier OTC which files regularly with the SEC, they would need to vote to increase the A/S. O/S is basically maxed out. There are not that many free shares out there. Even without BadBoy vodka it is HIGHLY underpriced at this level.
