You can only do so much and I feel Ray is doing all he possibly can. At least he's not waiting on the other 2 accountants and trying a 3rd one. I'm running into the same problem with my accountant too just to finish my 2011 corporate taxes and he claims to be 2 hours from finishing after 5 months. Like Ray, I could just Scream!
