The only response to a bashers question and I mean the only response should be for them to call IR and report back what they find. They continue to ask all these questions to distort. If they really wanted answers they would call IR. Stop answering their questions Simply post IR's number and tell them to report back to the board what they find. You can try to answer their question the best way you know how and it still wont look good and it will not be enough. Fact is, we don't have enough information to answer all their stupid questions so why even bother. But IR does have the info to answer them. tell them to call IR and report back. For the love of god stop debating them. You are losing everytime.
