he knows all about the boards. He rattled off his resume and it sounded impressive .He's been in the game for 30 plus years. I do not think he reads the boards at all. Either here or there. I think he could give a rat's a** what gets posted. he knows the game played on the board. My impression was he and the team are putting their heads down and getting to work on bringing the transparency we all been seeking. he is not catering to the boards or the share price.
