Let me explain something to you so you can understand quite clearly....
All Nasdaq CM companies do exactly the some thing. Issue shares for capital. If know of any free capital we can get, let us in on you secret. To complain about it is idiocy. The only difference here at TECO is, the funding isn't wrapped up in a complicated financial instrument.

The secret to success here is to keep producing more and more profitable oil. Keep Drilling....
Belize drilling operations are marginally better than wildcatting. Most in the oil industry would consider it wildcatting.
The whole trick to success at TECO is keep the capital flowing. The problem with having stock is the longer it takes, the more difficult it is to see appreciation....
That's why if you buying a penny for the long haul you better be prepared to average in, especially in the oil business where you can never be certain of BPD and the number is always being lowered due to depletion.
