The problem I have is I understand a certain amount of secrecy due to competitors, but if you have something locked up, then they can't just steal it away. A small acknowledgement about something would keep our hopes alive. I don't think we can prove we have a signed concession yet. Something just isn't going according to plan here. Not saying they aren't trying, but I believe they have hit an obstacle of some sort. Don't worry about negative post, we can't get any lower.
