Personally I was disappointed also that there was no apology for phones/emails not being addressed at a critical time, but I am glad they addressed the issue. Personally, I would have fired Rubicon and hired a new company to do the job. I guess Rubicon must have got on its hands and knees and begged or they sent a really hot chick over to SKTO's office to plead their case.
