Perhaps, but the manipulation will continue IMO until we achieve escape velocity via consistent revenues and on time reporting, regardless of the OTC reporting level.  These guffaws can't be perpetuated IMO if we're to attract meaningful new investors, and that is what we need to maintain/grow the share price.  Once big fish begin to look at the bait with consistency and vigor, it better be fresh and enticing.  JMO.  GLTA!  $TECO
