He said that the ARs were based on contractual agreements between the collectives and SKTO, involving mutual reciprocation on both sides (pretty obvious and we alrdy basically knew that, but he did mention it). Would have been interesting to record the call (not sure that's legal?). The guy definitely made it seem as if he knew more info but wasn't allowed to tell me for fear of insider trading breach.
