as of june 2012 they had 200,000 tons 0-1mm byproduct of which I believe ca 135000 tons was 0-.5mm fertilizer- see my sticky post -at 250/ton that waste byproduct would be $33,750,000 and they may have added more fert before the Oct slowdown.
Brad would be dealing w issues common and perhaps uncommon to all such rapid transitions, which would hopefully include resuming a discussion with the west coasts largest distributor of organic fert- OMRI -
a 70,000 ton Panamax of fertilizer, even at only 225/ton, would be $15,750,000,and the only direct costs attributed to that byproduct (and the .5-1mm sinter fines) are the custom trommel and Terex 400 loader-both received May 19, 2012 ,and the separate magnetic separator for the trommel received July 3, 2012
I guess it was Aug 23 that Geos motion to set aside the Dec 1, 2012 entry of default against Geo in Calif was scheduled to be heard- otherwise the next CA proceedings at this point might occur after the TX case to be completed in October -O-CAT seems to be on top of/have access to the inner workings of CA proceedings, which requires a specific credit card I don't have- otherwise, even with said credit card people have only been able to access the titles of the CA proceedings, and those titles are not very instructive, whereas TX proceedings are easily imaged
