Yes i saw that, someone buys out the bids and hopes someone sells into the lower bid but nobody is selling. there is even suspicious buying. Did you see those buys at .01 jump over those two asks at .0095? I slapped the ask to see if that CSTI ask was real and it didnt move, not only that it took about 8 minutes from order to fill.
