NOVAMEX INVOLVEMENT WITH SRGE - MY OWN DD
SORRY I KEEP TRYING BUT CAN'T FIND ANYTHING SAYING SRGE IS A SCAM - ALL I CAN FIND IS THE KIND OF STUFF BELOW WHEN SEARCHING FOR NOVAMEX'S NAME.
SO WHO HAS BEEN BUYING THE SHARES SINCE DECEMBER - APART FROM THE ONES THE LONGS HAVE BOUGHT?
HMM MAYBE THERE'S AN EXPLANATIONS BELOW?
Also as mentioned earlier, it would be a logical conclusion that, a real person signed the filings.
In the Annual Report filed on December 2012, it clearly states on page 6 that Novamex is a beneficial holder of 200m shares in SRGE representing 22% of the company. (Many thanks rjblusesky for drawing this to my attention.)
Next see buybio's excellent post of October 25th last year, clearly explaining that:
"Novamex Minerals S.A. used to be 90% beneficial owner of SRGE. They acquired 800MM restricted shares as collateral/deposit for the purchase of GC and CM properties. It's in the SEC filings alongside industry disclosures for the properties in question.
"
