There's no mystery that some shareholders in one class of stock have been treated differently from other shareholders in the same class. 

There's no mystery about the Preferred D dividend that CDFT issued. 

There's no mystery that when the Preferred shares convert back to Common there's going to be hyper-dilution.





**Is it me or does this moron keep saying the same dang thing over and over and over with absolutely no evidence. I hope he knows that dividends get paid  to preferred securities first in order of the alphabet, hence A would get paid before B. Lol these people if you can even call them that are just a joke. No evidence. Just the simple heresay they keep yelling. I think if the SEC or FINRA saw something, they would have clearly done something. Seems to me that everything that is happening is 1 million percent legal and one correctly. Once again Ihub morons - 1 trillion. Shareholders 100 million. Give it up losers, you're done.**
