He did not reference the float at any time. He suggested that 500 mil was tied up by an investment firm. I estimate the true float at 200 mil. The firm that holds the loan to share conversion shares would be foolish to sell into the float for less than a $1 a share. Investment firms do not make high risk loans for peanut returns!
