When a small company with limited revs has bills to pay, I wonder what they do? I would issue shares for the deficiency! Do you have a link to verify this? It would be nice if you provided one so we can view it. But we all knew the AS was increased so that should indicate the OS would rise also??? Am I thinking wrong here?
