What is "happening now"? I look back because other than words it is the only frame of reference to any actions. I agree that change might be in progress and it might succeed. Can you point me to the specific plans of how TECO management plans to implement this unknown plan? I just want answers without the costs of a $1000+ airline ticket plus accommodations. Maybe I will get some answers in September's information packet? I need to ask Sean if those packets are being marketed to others and not only shareholders.
