Basher must pay $20mil for 50 posts defaming company and its CEO on internet financial chat boards. The court may have set a precedent for the huge size of the damage award ($20,000,000) against one basher on a financial board. It works out to $400,000 for each defamatory post.  The court sent a very strong message to internet bashers of companies and mgmt.
