It is rare these days to find an issuer with virtually no debt and has a growing core business and has assets that were evaluated and audited. I see an opportunity to add value by courting private and public companies that have value, to become subsidiaries of CDFT. We also intend to move some of the assets from our holding company, once they are evaluated by an independent third party."
