Almost into the 9th month of their fiscal year and no 10Q1 filed. ATROCIOUS AND NO EXCUSE!  Makes one wonder if they can accomplish the harder milestones.  History has shown "not so far".  I threading the needle on whether to hold or sell as soon as I can.  I'm going to need a lot more proof than rumor that a substantial milestone can be achieved by EOY.  This is nuts!
