Maybe that's why BB accepted just 20m restricted common shares for  BBORL, INC. Those guys know endless stream of big royalties coming their way through the licensing to SK of their "unique oil extraction and purification machines." And not just CBD oil either. SK does all the business work. BB are funky science and inventor guys not B-school types.

Last I heard, bio-fuel oil is 100% legal.
