accounting always takes a lot longer than these companies estimate-especially if audited-so thats the most likely reason for the delay of financials etc
as to officers, its possible some of Brads picks decided they were public shy and so Brad could be looking for replacement officers re CWRN- because Navial is private-and or to secure safer living arrangements
they also have a host of new regulatory etc things to learn in running a public company
