If they're going to these lengths trying to harm these businesses, who's to say they don't have a boiler room somewhere shorting the heck out of mmj stocks as part of their program. Maybe they badgered FINRA into making that announcement that  tarnished the legit mmj companies too on the eve of the Q2 deadline.
