You are absolutely correct, and know one is doubting what you say. However, the company should not release PR's without following up with more information...as stated in the PR. The problem is no volume, if no one is buying, they will walk it down as far as they want. The only people buying are flipping it and swing trading it. The company does all this to itself. Look back at two years worth of PR's that have been nothing but bulls***. Does Treaty have more going for it than any other Energy Play in penny land...yes. That is not saying much compared to what is out there. The company can be its own worst enemy, you cannot blame longs who listen to other posters, who have hidden agendas and inside information.
