It's disgusting.  I would imagine it's one or a combination of Big Pharma (who will absolutely take a hit when seniors wise up because MMJ works), DEA, Private prison companies, or a myriad of other rooted organizations that realize Hemp will be revolutionary in sustainability.

What's fucking insane about all this is recreational weed now has the support of the majority of the american public.  So why is government avoiding such an obvious win/win for the people along with state's financial health on MMJ?  $$$$$$$$$
