So lets just talk a little speculation and opinion.....
In the past two days DUTV has referenced 1. got to love that fiber loop..to 2. got to love OUR fiber loop.... and now 3. the Proprietary fiber loop. JNAP held the Jamaica license for FO and operated Ocho Rios in 2009 when DUTV bought them out.
So if you are talking about Cuba/Jamacia... you are talking about to ALBA 1 which runs between two embargoed countries. (nuff reason for quiet periods here for folks?????)
I also took note yesterday that Vodophone split up C&W and the ALBA 1 cable stuff is now divested to C&W Worldwide which focus's on Pan American Expansion but currently established in Jamaica and Panama.
