Jimmy, that's what SRGE/MSJ does.  JV with senior partners that can put the mines in production or sell them as is.  I think the $24 Per Share (based on 545 mil o/s) valuations by STERVC was the known worth per surveys of the gold in the ground.  Even though Cinco Minas appeared to already have some production activity above ground which is where some of the earnings were coming from in the Aug 2012 annual financial.
