Well it looks like I will be the first to post on the WRIT, Investors Hangout board. looking forward to some real good conversation about our little jem. I did a lot of DD on WRIT, and I do believe that the problems they experienced in the past are over.I really liked the WEB CAST. Looks like they are are the right track now. Hope so, I bought a boat load at this bargain PPS. Any thoughts??  Gregg
