Oh. Finally, a plausible explanation for the A/R issue that even I can understand. And it makes sense that SK, a public company, would wait until there's a transaction verification system in place. Businesses that transact mostly with cash are usually under a lot of scrutiny. I can see how legit SK would rather wait for an auditable and verifiable transaction system. Very good post.
