I am fairly indifferent to it actually. The only reason for him to be on the board at all was because he has something like 5 % of the “C” class and he was vital for bringing the original assets to the table. He should be happy just collecting his dividend check.  It was a good deal for both him and CDFT.  It was / is important but CDFT is moving onward.
