Here is my reasoning on why A/R hasn't been collected yet. I think it's damn good reasoning too

I read somewhere that all the collectives have to transact business in cash, since the banks and payment processors will not do business with them.
Perhaps the A/R is tied to the order&delivery and payment processing that will be done by AEG#? Order through PharmaJanes and pay via SimplePrePay? That's the ONLY way to have verifiable proof of the transaction.
If this system hasn't been set up, I would assume the collectives are still doing business the old-fashioned way and SKTO would probably not take payment in cash as there is no way to verify via bank statements for reconciliation (and audit) purposes.
Therefore SKTO is waiting for AEG# (yet again) to get their house in order before they attempt to collect.
BTW I really don't know for certain, have no proof, and am just speculating like everyone else on this board whether long or short.
