You can't have a lawsuit without building a case.  I think they were just handed their case on a silver platter.  Reading Benz's twitter page and reading all the posts between Benz, LAgirl33, Konc, Thermoking and others I am now sure things are building.  One thing I try to avoid is f*cking with a lawyer.  And when these bashers spit in SKTO's eyes, I think one morning we are going to wake up, read the news and start laughing with joy all day long
