There was this lawsuit against a chat board basher. The court slammed a $20m judgment against this basher. He skippped the state. If you read this case which copies and pastes the libelous posts of the basher, you will see lots of similarity to the posts of  I/Hub bashers.  I think they all follow the same playbook.
