Stocscot - Yes, I really think you raise a great point that it is extremely beneficial for shareholders and potential investors to get this very detailed update about the status and progression of the business NOW before the 10K is released because it gives us all a framework and outline so that we can read the 10K eventually and put the details of the data points from the 10K into context.
I think this shareholder update was vital and greatly needed by longs right now so as to make concrete our beliefs that management has been working very hard in pulling this business together to build shareholder value; today we got confirmation. This is all excellent news! I applaud the CEO for bringing this clarity and getting these plainly spoken points across to investors, truly a job well done. It is a long shareholder update but it covers all of our concerns and thoughts about the business so now we can all be clear as to what is expected to happen this year and in the coming weeks. There should be no confusion now about the way in which management is handling this company. It is clear now that the priority is getting fully reporting along with an audit for full investor transparency which I think is the best move the CEO could have possibly made! There will be a real push late in the year to get the stock trading on the OTCBB!! This is HUGE even in and of itself! Once on the OTCBB, the exposure to new investors will be greatly enhanced and the stock could literally sky rocket! There will no longer be much room for the bashers and naysayers to ridicule the company or management after the 10K is submitted and the audit is complete, which from the update seems to be very close to happening now. I am sure that until the filings are actually submitted for all to see and the audit is actually complete, there will still be those who continue to rant that it is all just smoke and mirrors and talk and no action by management in order to dump shares but I think once the filing is made public and the audit is complete, there will really no longer be room for the bashers to operate and spread their fear and smug deceptive spew. Their days are numbered and that tired game of negativity is over, it seems its time for them to move on to another stock to bash. Really at this point their only legitimate complaint of the stock can be about dilution this year, however the positive counter argument is look how the capital was used to get so many great things going for the business! I think the market reacted quite positively to the update but even with the higher volume traded today, it still was only a few percent of the float and about a third of the volume was short sales so from the action we can see that at such low prices it does not take much to move up 30%, 40% or 50%+. The stock only really traded less than $100k worth of shares. This is nothing. This is only the beginning! At some point in time if and when the stock is trading at or above 100M shares each day, forget about it, millions of dollars could be trading hands and the pps could literally sky rocket into multiple pennies! I do not wish to turn into a pumper so let us mitigate this jubilation with the fact that we are still down in the dumps at the 1/10th of a penny level and really only once the 200 day moving average is crossed can we begin to speak about a move to one penny. I think the company is on the right track and this update was a very good way for management to build investor confidence and relationship. I am sure we will all be waiting to see the details of the 10K filing. I am also very intrigued about the "Project V" vaporizer product, this sounds very juicy! I continue to accumulate as long as the pps is low however if it sky rockets and the 10K filing is still not out I will pause, as usual. Once the 10K filing is out, depending on what we learn, and if the price remains low (any pps under one cent) I plan to continue accumulation.
