Ok thank you for what ever that was.  Yes you are correct, CEOs who don't want to be in touch with the world should stay in their offices and hold their nose to the grind stone and ignore all the opportunities that exist out there to communicate and know what is happening across the map.  To grow a business you need to open your eyes and see everything around you.  You need to be able to cut through the BS is some people's words and embrace the words of others when they are on the same page as you are.
