No I do not agree, I hope the S1 will be filed soon but it has not and I hope they are working on this as we speak. I want to be trading on the NYSE by November but I am not that naïve. I know we currently do not meet the requirements. You are one of the leaders I look up to here. Please do not tell me I have a better understanding of this then you. The next 10k is not due until Dec 31st, because it has to be audited (unlike the 10Q's) I do not believe it will be out in Nov. There is more to be audited this year and last year and we were late from the DEC 31st deadline last year.
