Your missing that the 10K is the next report due and they get 90 days for an annual and 45 days for a quarterly. CDFT fiscal year ends Sept 31st, meaning the annual report will not be required until DEC 31st. The November to remember was based that everyone thought the report would be due out in November. Last year we were late and did not report until Jan 15th. This is dragging out longer then we thought, or told anyway.
