not to mention govt games- govt prematurely cancelled iron permits nationwide just before CWRN was to ship dec 21 2011-cwrn then had to comply w a series of new countrywide audits designed to identity illegal miners-see 6-25-12 PR- as if illegal miners would go thru this paperwork and because govt didnt know their own geography,
and then the july Mex elections were contested in court,
followed by a lameduck govt to dec 1 2012
plus port tried to confiscate ore due to time at port when it was govts activities above that led to same--but CWRN won its suit re port ore so it shipped May 19 and those blockages are now over-plus Navial has plans for a ship loading station which would bypass the port altogether-see navial pdf posted prior
