15 to 20 cents - did you really just say that?!?
Let's do some basic math:
100 BOPD x 300 days per year (assuming down time for maintenance, etc.) = 30,000 Barrels per year
30,000 barrels x $100 per barrel = $3,000,000 per year in revenue.
I'll be generous and apply a 20 x revenue for a market cap of $60,000,000 market cap - with the current shares outstanding that would equal about 5 cent market cap.
Or let's look at earnings - assuming they make 50% earnings on the 100 BOPD (again being generous) = $1,500,000 per year in earnings/1 Bln shares outstanding and your at a whopping 0.002 per share (that's 2/10's of one cent) - again I'll be generous and give a 50 PE and we arrive at 0.10 (0.002 x 50).
Assuming my math is right IF (and that's a big IF) we get to 100 BOPD we could justify a stock price of between 2 to 10 cents.
But you can continue with your pipe dream....
