True, the notes where from past debt, from a then defunded company and symbol that had all but dried up.  It just seems to me that some one should have haggled a bit more to ease the amount of this diluted share give away.....................unless there is more beneath the layer, these shares will eventually start and hit the market...................I didn't recall seeing a restriction on them as well, in the filings.
