thank you taxi cat ,you are a breathe of fresh air ,most dont get it ,when a company does this type of funding its dilution and goes against what we were trying to do , i never under stood how they were flagged for failure to deliver and never covered the shorts ,once i seen the press release last week ,bells went off ,i knew they did a convertibel ,we hope they refrain from this type of we call spiral funding ,it kills a stock ,thank you for your input please keep us all informed
i also thinkl on the companies behalf what they should do is put a press release out and state a few things 1) how many shares they converted and at what price was conversion at 
2) that they will get out of this agreement they are in in regards to this type of funding 3) that they will undertake to never do this type of funding again ,i believe for them the company regain faith from share holders again including us they must commit in a form of a press release to refrain from this and never do this again ,most smart investors knew last week what that press release entailed ,they must win back there confidence ,and commit by way of press release
