Ok.  Crazy day! I almost got rattled by the FINRA thing but after I read the long version I realized it was about HEMP & MJNA mostly.  The formulating vs formalizing thing almost got me, but that company reported losses anyway.  But now Im seeing that the warning may actually help SKTO if they can prove to others they are legit. 
With fins, in summary, I'm fine with what they did, but wondering what their arrangement with the payments are.  But the AR exceeded my expectations, the O/S was within the limit i expected and some better explanations of the acquisitions, products and business in the filing.

Kevin Allyn needs to follow this one up with a Shareholder letter, that would be great!
