True... but late filings only exacerbate matters because any positive cashflows/revenues are not shared witht the investment community on time.  That kind of good news can be PR'd, of course, but the big fish look to the formal filings, and they're by nature not 100% current events given their filing calendar criteria.  JMO.  GLTA!  $TECO
