When you say "they using it", exactly what do you mean? The Chinese operation absolutely IS on the Sney concession and they are legally operating their plant. All Sney has is the mineral rights on that property, the landowners decide who they do business with and Sney has no say in the matter. Anyone can set up shop on that property with the landowners permission.
