I think the OS increase will generate the cash to pay for the merger while the two groups will exchange the remainder of the preferred shares on the open market.  The more we hold the higher the price goes.  What we are seeing here may be some diluting.  It makes me wonder though.  What about the hedge funds that were holding us down?  In fact were we being held back by a hedge fund or were we being diluted earlier.  In the case of a hedge fund this may be an attempt to make them cover.  In the outstanding share case we may have been gobbling up the additional outstanding shares.  I know for a fact many hold in the 10 to 60 million range so this run may be far more epic than any seen.
