I would not rule out Sovereign Wellness Center or Sovereign Collective just yet. They may be related by licensing agreement. The PR did said Sovereign International was licensing their formula. Maybe these collectives were a testing / get the word out kind of places on the Sovereign brand and are closely related to Sovereign International?
