Joseph Collins alleges disgruntled former CEO" That opening line is false I never steped down as Chairman and CEO and remain the same. . JC was never Chairman and CEO of the company. This is a fabrication sent to the site by JC and his assistant right after we found out he had misstated at the Sunday April 14, 2013, Punch upfront the cities we where in.  I ask him to explain what he had done. He responded by trying to push me out which was legally impossible.  This started the rescission of Punch TV from the company.
