i don't think anyone can give you a definitive date. i assume after the annuals JR filed for uplisting. there's no idea how many questions he needs to answer. the only thing we know, is that he didn't file the Q1 because he's in a quiet period. he'll either update us when were close, like MIKP, or we'll get the BOMBSHELL of all BOMBSHELL reverse merger news. either way, i've kept the faith this long. no way i'd panic like LILJEFF.
