I dont like to emphasize the court cases because its confusing to laymen-these court cases are sometimes confusing to professionals also-
so I try to focus on production/operations and the process to the long awaited uplisting. The court cases w the former jva partner are going on in the background ever since summer 2012 but they have no affect on current operations-the Texas case is due to be over in October-and then the ball is in CWRN/Bob/Sharon/Shirleys court in Calif.
CWRN is the same company as before -just has new majority shareholders,who,unlike Bob, have personal financial means,which means Brad can avoid the financial constraints Bob had to deal w that led to the Mar 2010 promo and the ill-fated JVA.
