Vulken. Do you think the preffered shareholders and the korean buyers are the same people? Someone is obviously selling shares and i dont mean shareholders. I am of the opinion that this may be a seperate group that may have struck a deal with both management and preferred shareholders and they are dumping the change on the open market. Another scenerio is that the ceo has given up control and sold them the rest, and is now selling shares to pay for the new clinics and pay for merger in cash. Ur take......? Im guessing a 700 mil share float soon with the rest in Koreans hands.
